Jeff Case is an artist and self-taught woodworker. He opened his Etsy shop in 2015 with no money and only a few tools. Working out of his garage, he created a successful Etsy business. In 2017, his Etsy sales were $175,000. Wanting to help others succeed on Etsy, he wrote 101 Etsy Tips.
